  • We will never carry out treatment without your full and informed consent.
  • We will keep your personal and medical information safe and confidential.
  • We will see you as promptly as we can, keep you informed of any delay, and let you know if your usual dentist changes.
  • We will give you as much notice as possible if we ever need to change or cancel your appointment, and explain why.
  • We will respond promptly to calls and correspondence, welcome your feedback, and make it easy to raise a concern or complaint.
  • We will make sure urgent advice and care is available during practice hours, with out-of-hours arrangements set out on our website.

What we ask in return

To help us care for you and for other patients, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time, and let us know as early as possible if you cannot make an appointment.
  • Keep us up to date with any changes to your contact details and medical history.
  • Take part in your dental care, and ask us about anything you are unsure of.
  • Treat our team with the same courtesy we extend to you.
