We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of abuse.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to, violence, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, shouting, swearing, or offensive language from patients, their relatives, or members of the public.
Any abuse will be dealt with in line with our policy — potentially by a report to the police, and/or you no longer being offered treatment at the practice.
