Today’s dental nurses have to be highly trained and very committed. They must undertake a Diploma and undergo continual further training and assessment.
All our nurses are very approachable and have a wealth of experience. This enables them to deliver calm and empathetic reassurance. They can also offer general oral health advice or explain various treatments.
Jane, Amber and Jeanne are the faces (and voices) of St.Oswalds. Their cheerful competence reassures our patients on the phone, welcomes them at the practice.
Of course, their duties go far beyond that. They can explain treatments, find appointments to suit your diary and always offer same day treatments to patients that are in pain.
If there is a matter that is beyond their expertise, they will gladly arrange for a clinically qualified member of staff to call you back.
